online calendar using php

Hi all,

I am doing a website for a child care center and they would like me to give them a series of online, updatable calendars (one for each age group).  Can anybody point me in the right direction (either a pre-existing script or a book that outlines how to do it).

Actually the entire site needs CMS. I've never done this before with the exception of a small events page that I created for a client.  I need good resources on how to make a fully customizable CMS for someone.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I'd prefer to build the CMS myself using some resource for reference, mostly for the experience, but I could use some help with the calendar part.

php freaks supplies a good calendar tutorial:

You can always modify this code to whatever functionalities you want...
