I couldn't find a concrete tutorial on the subject, so I thought I'd ask here: How should I approach optimizing my site for mobile devices? I have never done it before, and it seems like a pretty daunting task since there is so much to consider when optimizing. Looking at my current site layout, there is no way to optimize it for a mobile device screen size without creating a whole separate set of pages.
