How do I import a backup to a MySql databse as the subsequent work with the data imported?

I have repeatedly tried unsuccessfully among others with the file manager.

As far as I can see it is a problem with regard to my program PrestaShop will not accept the prefix (PS_5) as the database user - how can I change it so that both use the same prefix?
