US based company is looking for Freelance Business Developer on commission base

Basically  we are US based Web Development company with a registered LLC  in Houston (Texas)

We have a team of developers and designers and want to  expand our work and company profile so we need a person who can develop Business on FreeLance portals, such as freelancer, oDesk, Elance etc,  

We  need a BD (Business Developer ) on commission based. Final Commission can be decide after final selection. Commission range is 10% to 15%.

Candidate must have experience in IT Service Based Company and getting web based application development projects, Web Portals Development Projects, Software Development Projects , Flash Based Programming Projects, IT and Business Consulting Projects , Web Designing Projects ,Programming and Database Development.

Our expertise’s are as follows:-
Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP, Flex, Django, dot net  and Drupal including complex  Python ,Django/Postgress  bug Rectification, Android and i OS development,

Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop ,Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator
