fluid adaptive CSS grid with minimal javascript

I am looking for a webdesigner / coder who can create the basic CSS for a fluid adaptive website.

 

The main layout would be something like the 'Mondrian' example here

At the moment I am too busy with different projects to spend a lot of time figuring out the new CSS possibilities and therefore I am looking for someone to help me.
