Is this website www.napkinnights.com a custom script? or can I find a script ?

I am trying to build a website with pretty much the same functionality as [url=http://www.napkinnights.com]http://www.napkinnights.com[/url] now my question is mostly on the photo album part.  Can anyone check out the website and sort of break it down to me what i would need to do to build this site or will some CMS be close to it or a photo gallery script that might work closely.. thanks :)
