blogger sub domain to sub folder

I've decided to use blogger as my blog platform, and after following the blogger instructions (adding a couple of CNAMES) my blog now appears at my sub domain IE. blog.mydomain.com

 

I have no folder called 'blog', but here is my question;

 

given these circumstances how can I use .htaccess to get my blog to appear at mydomain.com/blog opposed to blog.mydomain.com ?
