I am looking for a php programer freelancer to twekk a contact form

I have a contact form php- program running on godaddy server.says it is sending to my emai hwever it is not. I am sure it is something i am doing wrong I beleive it may be in  the smpt sockets paramiters shoul be something extrealy easy for some one that knows what they are doing. I am willing to pay, no barter required.
