arabic content shows as ? in tcpdf in php data retrieve from database

Arabic data stored in database not seen correctly in pdf from php. It shows ????(question marks) instead of arabic data.

I have tried couple of libraries such as dompdf, tcpdf.

 

In dompdf , the arabic data seen properly in arabic but alignment is not correct. Alignment is from left to right(like english) but i want like arabic(right to left)

 

Tcpdf the data shows in ?? pattern

 

Plz help me asap
