Qualifications:

 

 

 

 

• Prefer 7+ years experience in the IT industry
• Prefer 5+ years experience in PHP programming (or Python language)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about growing your skills

• Responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

• Member of a team (developer + designer + content manager) responsible for building web projects (frontend, database, or backend) focus on specific tasks related to SEO, lead generation or client conversions.
• Create clean, efficient, effective code that delivers tangible results.

 

 

 

 

 

Compensation & Work Conditions:

 

 

 

 

• 70,000 – 120,000 PHP monthly base
• Quarterly team bonus (based upon the team’s results vs targets)
• Supplemental recruiting bonuses
• Work at home
• Flexible working hours, although willingness to work at night is a plus
• Eligible for company-paid training & conferences after 3 months
