I am trying to find a way to save a still of live streams.

 

I am on a shared server so I do not think it is possible that I install anything like ffmpeg.

 

Is this even possible with PHP? or even JS or any web language?

 

I have been searching all over the place and cannot seem to find anything that can do this. Any help would be appreciated, even if it is just pointing me in the correct dirrection.
