0o0o0
Youtube has annotations. Ive search for about 3 hours online now and havent found an answer to my question. Is it possible to put up a youtube video and connect annotations somehow ( hoping php ) to a database? Example... lets say sports picks. Easier to explain. You put up a video of still shots, basketball player hockey player, throw in horse race photo why not. Thats it thats the background. Now you have info in a database that picks today games, races whatever.. instead of having this on a website for everyone to visit, they repeatedly return to the SAME youtube video to watch it... where the annotations are fed daily from your database that has the daily games races... No individual videos daily that the user has to find. Just the same link to the same youtube video daily will updated annotations. Simple.. bookmarked on phones laptops comps whatever. one single video to save hundreds from wasting youtubes data space. you could say realestate also.. a home video, and price was reduced.. it would feed off the database and change the proce daily. Youtube video and an auction of what your selling showing the current bid. Anyhow the idea is to not have to make a new video every day for the same thing, not have to log into youtube to change the annotation, but mere connect to it so the text/ the message changes daily. Even simpler ... a message that says Hi well its ($Date ydada yada 'd') and its ($temp) outside get your pool opened today.. Code that would say "close your pool" in the fall while the video for pool sales is playing. anything like this out there?? tutorials? google plans to allow this on youtube one day? Automation, perfect it, leave it, and let it run free. lemme know thanks. ( didnt know where to post this because any code language would be useful for me if this can be done) Edited April 2, 2014 by 0o0o0 Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/287477-big-question-about-youtube-annotations-some-will-find-it-interesting/ Share on other sites
