Password fetching intergration script

Hi

Basically i am trying to do the following but dont really know where to start as i am still a novice at PHP:

We basically need to link billing product ,which doesn't currently have the ability to manage external passwords to sites which require this functionality.  The billing haven't properly exploited the largest area of billing on the internet, which is of course... porn!  Unlike in other areas of internet billing, the adult content guys often require the mechanism by which the billing is done to also update (add/remove) active passwords from their system.  .  The billing interface basically works on the basis of a series of HTTP GET requests containing specific passed back and forth between the billing servers and the merchant servers.  The interface is currently configured to indicate that a specific account should be allowed or barred access to the member's area of a web site, but in order to do this the billing system has to manage each user session.  What we are trying to achieve is to enable the billing system to update an external password system with a change in status as it arises, so that the actual merchant site can manage each session.
