Creating a quiz

I am trying to create a quiz page in which I don't have to write each question, however, i have a code that randomly search through a database and has 3 random answers and one right answer. However, I cannot figure out how to randomly arrange the answers.

$rand_question = mysql_query("Select * from $table where id !='0' order by rand()");
$rand_info=mysql_fetch_array($rand_question);
$correct_answer = $rand_info[username];


I want to have 3 other usernames show up and the correct one show up in a radio and cannot figure it out
