Custom page template pagination not working when permalink structure is changed 12:55 PM

Hi all,
I created a page template at http://www.durgeshsound.com/gallery/
Here my pagination buttons are not working. this issue arises when permalink format is http://www.example.com/sample-post/
But when I set permalink format to default (www.example.com/?p=123) then it starts to work
and creates a working pagination link like this http://www.durgeshsound.com/?page_id=81&paged=2. 

I want this format http://www.example.com/sample-post/ in the links.
Please help.

Does your server have mod_rewrite module enabled?

Did you create the pagination yourself?

 

Any additional info could help, such as the pagination code or if it's a plugin are using, your .htaccess rules
