IIS 5.1 / PHP /mySQL - phpmyAdmin problems

I've installed asp & php thru IIS 5.1 and after running localhost (for the asp) & phpinfo(), [b]evrything runs perfect.[/b]
The mySQL is auto install on the path : C:\Program Files\mySQL\mysql xxxxx 5.0 (this is sumthin' just could'nt remember; PC at other location, will get back with this later...)

I've also installed phpmyAdmin on : C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\phpmyAdmin.
[b]The problem is I can't run the phpmyAdmin[/b].

Any clues? ::)
