Put emails in a MySQL database

Hi all,

Is there a way of putting emails into a database and if so is there a way of putting the email address, header and body in seperate fields?

I would usually attempt a script before posting here, but i really havent a clue where to start, any help would be great, thanks.

Do you mean emails that you already have and you want to put them into a database?

Or do you want to save an outgoing email into a database?

Or do you want to be able to store incomming email into a database?

I wouldn't know how to use PHP to retrieve email, but if it is possible you could put the body, header etc in seperate fields.
