I am wondering what to do here. I want to have a form that is submitted and the message sent out to a list of 50 or more people. How would I do this?

You can make a table in your database where you store the emails. Then you make a php mailing form where you input the emails from the database in the $to variable.

For example:
Database table: users
Colums: ID, email

Then you pull out the email from database in a while or for loop and stored it in a $to or $email variable.
