We are not paid. Never have been, never will be. We volunteer our time. This is not our top priority. We don't own the site, and have minimal control over certain aspects of it. Yes there are Ads, and this revenue goes to the guy who pays for the infrastructure, bandwidth and hosting. At a time like this, it's not really all that important, but people can make their own decisions as they see fit given the circumstances.
