php help needed clueless

My wesite has these 3 directories:
MySQL Databases
MySQL DB Users
phpMyAdmin

I followed a tutorial and created a php file it did not work. I don't understand How to use the mysql data/users/phpmyadmin.

I messed around with it an created a name n password then it logged into a bizarre page on phpmyadmin. I really am clueless can someone help me?

I'm trying to build my own paysite and php extentions are needed I have no clue for what. ??? ??? ???
