How do I use mercury mail?

Hi, I've just recently installed WAMP on my local machine and I would like to use the email server Mercury Mail that comes with it so I test a membership system that will mail out a validate link for the users after registration. I read that you need to set up your email client (I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird) with the details so you can receive emails, but what do I put in there for example: incoming mail server, smtp, username, password  ???

Could someone please help :'(
