framing and file_get_contents

OK so I have this content. The rules say I can not publish the content on my site. I can however gateway or frame the content AND I can cobrand.

Now by way of another rule, the gateway option is out. So that leave me with the framing option.

Now the rule just says the content can be framed... it does not say that the content needs to use the html frame command. So I had the idea to use file_get_contents() - a little preg_match/str_replace on the URLS and baam - framed with my look. -

So the way I see it, this is framed with my look on another sites content, without the frame HTML tag.

Does this sound like an argument I should be able to make, or is this reaching to far? I love the gray area.
