PHP Warning: PHP Startup:

when I run the test php ver script on my server this shows at the bottom of the page:


PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'D:\PHP\ext\php_http.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 

I check the path  it's good the file is at that path,  I have d:\php\ext  in my win path

and the test script and the time script are the only ones that work,  My pages come up in code and some of the page in PHP

and clues where to fix this??
