Javascript or php loading bar[SOLVE]

Ive looked around but i cant seam to find one that does what i want, which is not what everyone else is looking for. Im not looking for a loading bar that will display while a file is loaded..

I have a large php script that takes ages to load from the database, but thats not the point,
I have reasons, and orders for the site that im working on, For these certain sections there be a loading bar, possibily in javascript or php (Dont think php can do it) that will display but run for a certain period of time like 10 seconds jumping up the right amount of "Load" for a section of the 10 seconds.. hope im not confusing you cause im confusing myself..

Basicly im looking for any good known or known ways to make a loading bar that will display for a certain time and then redirect.. can this be done?
