PHP Coding Needed

I had a Vendor Bidding system put together about 13 years ago.  About 5 years ago the original developer updated it to resolve issues in PHP 5.6.  This past week I updated to PHP 7.3 on my test server and I'm now receiving "Warnings and Deprecated Methods" messages.  I need someone to go in and update/cleanup whatever code needs to be updated so that it operates as it should.  The original developer is no longer available.
