What this line of code mean in dreamweaver when trying to make a login.php?

when i try to create my login.php page in my site first i create the connection between dreamweaver and mysql database in this case the name of the database is 'nimatest' then i create my table and then in Server Behaviors i create in User Authentications-> Log In User and dreamweaver put a strange line that i dont know what it means and that line create warning masseges in my page:

i dont have a folder in my site named Connetions and i dont have a file named nimatest.php so what should i do and how should i solve this problem? thank you very much!!!
