How to add live facebook live video for each user should post in our site

I want to include live Facebook live video for each and every user login to  website. After login, the dashboard will shows live video option for streaming.

Here I have one iframe coding for live video. But it shows only particular id live video. I want each and every user can start their live video like Facebook, Instagram.

Is It possible using PHP coding. Can anyone help to implement this.
