[SOLVED] Need Help With Mail.php

Hi All,

I am trying to write a mail,php scrip to go with a form I already have.

The problem I have is I just can't seem to get my head arund what's needed here. I'm new to php and so get lost very easily!

Basically, i need the content from the fields e-mailing after submit is sent. Could someone point me in the right direction.
