Could use your help finding a php programmer near Michigan to partner with

I have a mobile time keeping application that is build specifically for the Janitorial industry. My programmer passed away and no one esle knows the code. I would like to scale this business but can not until I find some php and asterisk developers to support it. I live near Grand Rapids, MI and would like someone within a couple hundred miles to partner with or to contract out to. Any help in pointing me in the right direction or referring someone is greatly appreciated. Thank you
