I can play avi,mpg,wmv,swf and mov types with html and the object tag.AVI video needs a quicktime parameters while mov can have quicktime or windows media parameters in an object tag.Does php have any video features eg detect file type or anything? eg can detect type of video or and features that make embeding video easier.
