shams Posted January 5, 2007 Share Posted January 5, 2007 hi,i have lcoal webserver for my domain, i can open my domain without problem, i added the virtual host when i try to open them this is the error:ForbiddenYou don't have permission to access / on this server.DocumentRoot is the /home/user/www/html/htdocs and the permissions are set to 755 with the same permissions my domain is working, any one can help please? n5tkn Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 Its loaded in my config, could that be whats my problem? In my post below this one, I can't even get the default server to serve anything. It used to server the default pages, but when I moved the already existing content from an old server and changed the document root, it won't serve anything.Help? the_oliver Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 Firstly try it with 777 as the permisions to see what happens. Also chwon it to apache:apache (or whatever user name its running under).
