'How-to' ... add an image to the downloads section ?

I'm trying to add an image to each of the downloads on my website. I got part way there from reading through this forum but I think I require scripting help from here. This is what I have so far, I simply allowed the 'img' tag in my config.php and added the image in the description section of my download.

And ...... this is what I'm trying to accomplish .... Any suggestions ?
