Passing variable via URL when URL is in SEF mode?

Hello all,

I want to pass a variable via a link on my website, but this is a wrapper link and since I am using SEF, I am unable to pass the variable, or so I think.

The link currently being displayed is for example:

h t t p://www.mywebsite.com/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,95/

The real link which the url above searches for is:

h t t p://www.mywebsite/slgrid/view.php

Now, I need to add ?IDPilot=1 to the end of the URL.

Can this be accomplished somehow, while keeping the SEF url format?
