mod rewrite not working with alias

Hi,
I have the following situation setup on our local server.
have a website called Inno.co.nz which uses wordpress.
I have got the site working fine on the local address "Inno.ourserver" using the following htaccess...

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>

The problem is I need the site to work on another local address "anothersite.ourserver/Inno" which is an alias which points to the original Inno site.

Can anyone offer any suggestions or help as to what I will need to change?

thanks in advance
