Premature end of script headers

HI there,

I am attempting to install a script, ipaid4clicks, into a subdomain. I have completed all the steps outlined per the instructions. I was getting what I thought were permission errors, but after investigating my error log from within the cpanel, it turns out it is not about permissions after all, or so it appears. lol

This is the error I get from the error log when trying to access the mysql install portion of the script;
[Wed Feb 8 11:34:38 2006] [error] Premature end of script headers: /home/pkmarket/public_html/clickkingdom/cgi-bin/admin/install_mysql.cgi

I am clueless here. I don't know just by looking at the script which part is missing, or what not. Heck, I don't even know which part of the script to post so you all can see it. If anyone is willing to help me, I sure would appreciate it and will provide what I can. Just let me know what you need from me :)
