Help with mysql_query select * from

Ok, I am trying to display records from my mysql database table called "tutorial_programs".  I want to display the results in a navigation table as links to another page.  It kind of works, but it only displays one of the records from the table.  This is my code:

          $result = mysql_query("select * from tutorial_programs");

while($r=mysql_fetch_array($result))
{
 
  $pid=$r["pid"];
  $pname=$r["pname"];
