Recognize this script/system?

Hi everyone

I am looking for more info about a script/system i found at a site. Following things may be a help for you to recognize:

In this case it is used as a "reward-system". The site is offering money for submitting to affiliate ads, and the site can register if you submit at the affiliate link, or you don't! And I should mention they don't use incentivized ads. So from that reason they can ban users who open just the affiliate site BUT don't submit to it, and simply closes it down. So that way only users which are submitting to these ads are getting rewarded with points by the site. The points can be used for various additional features at the site.
I have made som screenshots of the system. And I will explain them more closely further down this page.

So now the members are not yet credited, even if they have submitted to the ad!
So the site hat put a small form up at their own site, which must be filled out in order to get credited. It looks like this:

As you see, they must enter their user ID number in the first box.
And then they shall type in a "codeword" which is written in this case it is "gps".
So in fact EVERYONE could just fill out the form at the website, and "give a shit" about the ad, and get credited. But the tricky part is, that somehow the site will detect you for cheating, and then ban you.

I would really be pleased if someone just could tell me how this thing is build, just the idea of it. I don't really need a script/system, as I will create myself. So just the idea of it would be very appreciated.
