anybody know how to install the paypal api on a linux server. I have been reading the documentation they provide but I am a noob at this stuff.

I keep getting this error:

INSTALLATION ERROR: Please cd to the /home/XXXXX/public_html/signup=/article_cash/paypal and run install.php
