XAMP URL file-access disabled

hi,
ive just set up my first lamp server with latest version of XAMP ([url=http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-linux.html]http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-linux.html[/url]),
and i tryed to run my current project oPanel on it, however when it trys to include a file from olliespage.net it returnes this error

can someone tell me what im looking for in the php config to enable URL file-access
