Need help with php "link to a php file and search for codes than redirect out"

First of all, thank you for reading this.

I need php code to redirect like the following link.
because I need to constantly change ebay auction url, I will need to link to an outside file than redirect it.
before I was using html redirect code which is slow, and takes time to change codes
recently I found a guys using php which it seems faster, and a lot easier

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
