Compare portal application

Hi all I am looking for a php portal /appplication that can do a compassion on different products e.g.

Have a Login area for user and Admin
Create a database for a products   user entry level  add the information adn upload pictures
Allow users or  rank the product or Rate the product using a star point system
Search and display the products and then compare them
The ability to add user comments (like a amazon)

Would this be something like a CMS system as I cannot find anything the can add product or compare.
can anybody point me in the correct direction to a web site or something .. thanks
