Erased User's SP's NOT working

I erased a user from my MySQL (v5.0.24) and the SP's and views he had created didn't work... RE-Created the user (user@%) and granted SELECT and EXECUTE privs and Views started working again.

 

Now I don't want to have this user configured in My server... especially with an execute priv... of course I did change the password, but I still want the user gone... What oh What can I do? might this be a bug? Am I doing something wrong?
