brown2005
#header .loginEmail { font-weight: bold; color: #627c10; } why does that still come out black?
ShogunWarrior
You want background-color:#627c10; to change the background color.
ted_chou12
how do you get the code for the color?
ShogunWarrior
Just took it into Photoshop and got the color codes.
wildteen88
Or if you use Firefox get the ColorZilla extension. It will show you the color information to any colour you point to in the browser (note must click the colorZilla icon (lower left hand corner) in order to see the color information). ColorZilla also has other features too.
ted_chou12
oh, ShogunWarrior, that was clever , and wildteen88, i dont know there are so many new browser features coming out, IE cannot compete with them anymore. :-\ Ted
wildteen88
The reason why FF is so popular is because of the many free extensions and themes FF has available which allow you to customise the way you want you to browse the net and use your browser. Not how someone else wants you to! IE doesn't have any themes and relatively low amount of extensions. Most extensions you have to pay for on IE. ted_chou12
really? so far i havent come across with any page extensions that dont display properly, do you have any examples and webpages please? I am very curious... Thanks. Ted
wildteen88
Huh? what do you mean page extensions? I was not talking about page extensions. I where talking about the various add-ons (extensions - mini apps you can install to customise the way you use your web browser) available to firefox that all.
