Jeff4507
Ok. In the past I have experience in html/flash, design animation and generally simple solutions for websites. Nothing major. However something has come up. The disposable: Studio MX Unlimited bandwidth on a fast server supporting pretty much everything coding wise. 1 month of time....... The existing: phpBB forum with a stable community and topics. The required: A members website with content that can be commented on (much like comments on youtube) A new forum with locked and hidden areas (I know it can be done with phpBB, but we are likely to be moving to vBulletin anyway) The members need to pay a yearly subscription. My Thoughts: Could I use the same mySQL that's used for the forum, for the website login?? So that when people pay their subscription on vBulletin, they automatically join a member's group. Only the people that are in that user group can successfully access the member content on the website.
