scotsman Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 I am not familiar with installing pear. I am developing a script to use pear Spreadsheet_Excel_Writer class. I get an error when trying to access the pear scripts: Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'c:/PHP/PEAR/Spreadsheet/Excel/Write.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\includes;C:\php\pear') It is windows/iis and I have been told by the support person that this is an error on a windows platform and pear wont work......... Is this true or is the '.' in the above path incorrect. Or is something else wrong. The support person seems to know what he is doing, said he saw this info by googling it.
