File attachments on a contact form

Below is the script of the contact form i am using on my website. I need users to be able to send me files too. I have tried modifying this script to allow attachments to be sent, but can't quite seem to get it to work, anyone any ideas or comments.

When modifying it, i made the extra part of the form, added some else if's and a few more things, i think the problem bit of code that i couldn't change correctly is in red.

They would be GREATLY appreciated, as it would get my website one step closer to being finnished.

Hello tdpurnell,

I may not be able to help you completely, but here is some info to help get you started.

Use the form to upload a file to your server. I've googled and found great tutorials in the past on this.

To send the file as an email attachment, you may find the htmlmimemail class to be usefull as I have at:

http://www.phpguru.org/

There are several class usage examples included that may aid in your mission.
