[SOLVED] get_browser() error: Warning: get_browser(): browscap ini directive not set.

is this because i have something commented out in my php.ini file? is it a quick fix?

change it to

get_browser(null, true);

i still get the same error

i did some research, and i found that i'm missing a file. maybe it's in the wrong location, or it's not there at all. either way, i've figured out what i need to do. just google the error.
