Hi i just got a youtube clone script and i would like to install it on my server.

I uploaded all the files to my public_html.

now i went into my install folder and clicked on index.php.it asked me this:

Make a directory name "chimg" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Make a directory name "flvideo" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Make a directory name "include" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Make a directory name "thumb" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Make a directory name "video" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Make a directory name "templates_c" in your server. Chmod it to 777

Set the property of file "include/conf.ini" to writable, So Chmod it to 777

Set the property of file "include/config.php" to writable, So Chmod it to 777

I did it everything is it asked for i Chmod it to 777 with CuteFTP programe.

then  it asked me to:

Put Directory Location :

(i.e. /var/www/html/path or /home/mysoftwo/public_html don't put the ending slash)

now i didnt know what to put there so i entered: /public_html/

thats the folder where i uploaded the script

then it gived me that error:

Chmod the "chimg" DIR to 777    Error public_html/chimg

Chmod the "flvideo" DIR to 777

Chmod the "include" DIR to 777

Chmod the "thumb" DIR to 777

Chmod the "video" DIR to 777

Chmod the "templates_c" DIR to 777

Chmod the "include/conf.ini" FILE to 777

Chmod the "include/config.php" FILE to 777

I don't know php that much, but installing scripts is easy i guess. can anybody help me insall this script?
