Not entering default fields

alright. I just recently installed WAMP on my PC about a week or more ago.

 

When someone registers, it just enters their username, password, and email. (that is on WAMP)

 

then i went to my real server, and tested it out a while ago. and it used to make the default gender(male), default photo(nopic.jpg), and default website(http://) now when someone registers (on server), it just makes their user type(user) and doesnt default any other fields.

 

on wamp it doesnt make anything default and just inserts values of username, password, email.

 

any help?
