o3d
I come from a sql server background so please bear with me. Is it possible and if so, how is it possible to run a shell command from a postgres function? In a nutshell, I want a php script to be fired (in the function: php -f phpfile.php) from a trigger (which will call this function) when a row is inserted into a table. Thanks in advance.
